Saks Fifth Avenue Gift Cards On Tuesday the department store chain countersued Bal Harbour Shops and Matthew Whitman Lazenby president and CEO of Bal Harbour Shops’ owner Whitman Family Development for defamation breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty. The suit was filed in Miami-Dade Circuit Court.

Same-day delivery is only available to Manhattan addresses south of 153rd street and costs a 25-dollar flat rate. The orders must be placed by 1 p.m. Monday through Saturday or before 11 a.m. on Sunday to qualify for same-day.

According to the suit filed last week Saks hasn’t paid its percentage rent which is derived from the department store’s net sales for February March and April. Saks also owes Bal Harbour Shops for 2019 real estate taxes that the national retailer is supposed to pay as additional expenses under its lease the lawsuit states.
